Etched Brass Moon Earrings *temporarily unavailable*A friend of mine once said, "There are no mistakes; only design opportunities." That's this pair of earrings in a nutshell. The larger shapes from which these curved pieces were cut didn't etch so nicely, but when I cut the "bad" parts away, I found I liked the result even more than the original design.
The wire wrapped drops of Czech glass - a finish called "picasso" - have shades of brown and blue.
I made a pair of these for myself and like to wear them with my hair up, so I can really show them off.
